These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in ReMARKable Paint Party events and your use of our website. By purchasing a ticket or attending a class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Event Participation

All paint party classes are guided, in-person art experiences. No prior painting experience is required. Each participant will create their own artwork during the event.

Class duration, materials provided, and start times are listed on the individual event page. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss instructions and cannot be guaranteed additional assistance.

Ticket Sales and Payments

All ticket sales are processed securely through our website.

Tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Prices are listed per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior notice before the event date.

In the rare event that ReMARKable Paint Party must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Private Events

Some events are private and require a password to access ticket purchasing. Passwords are provided by the host and are case-sensitive.

Do not share private event access information unless authorized by the host.

Venues and Locations

Event locations vary and are listed on each event page.

For private events held in personal residences, the address will be provided after ticket purchase via email or on the order confirmation page.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own well-being during events.

By attending, you acknowledge that painting activities may involve minor risks such as paint spills or allergic reactions. Please notify us in advance of any relevant allergies.

Photography and Media

By attending, you grant ReMARKable Paint Party permission to use images or recordings in which you may appear, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Intellectual Property

All instructional content, class concepts, and designs are the intellectual property of ReMARKable Paint Party and the artist leading the event.

Artwork created by participants belongs to the participant.

Limitation of Liability

ReMARKable Paint Party is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future purchases.
